I requested a change to my renter's policy via e-mail on August 7th. It's now August 12th and I haven't even heard from anyone. I've sent three follow-up e-mails in the days since. Still nothing. I have no idea what's going on, but I would absolutely avoid doing business with him if you want to feel like your business is important.
